5.3 License Violations

If we determine that you have violated the licensing terms:

We may revoke your license and access to the product without refund.
We may suspend or terminate your Gapston account.
We may pursue legal action to protect our intellectual property and the intellectual property of our creators.
We may report violations to relevant platforms (e.g., Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad) for enforcement.
