2.4 Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice. In this case, we will refund the duplicate transaction in full.

  • Already downloaded or accessed: The product files have been downloaded and/or accessed, and the product is functioning as described.

  • Third-party platform issues: Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Canva outages, email provider issues) are outside our control.
  • Bundle partial refunds: Individual items within a bundle cannot be refunded separately. Bundles are sold as a complete package.
  • Products with PLR/MRR rights already used: If you have already rebranded, modified, or resold the product using the PLR or MRR license included with your purchase.
